Ilayda starts her PhD thesis in the field of SCLC research  

Today Ilayda has her first day in the lab. She is working on the IZKF funded project on small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and will decipher novel molecular mechanisms regulating the anti-tumor immune response. Welcome Ilayda!

Ilayda recently obtained her Master of Science in Advanced Immunology and has a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and Genetics. She will join Life@FAU, the Graduate School of Life Sciences at the Friedrich-Alexander University, which offers an interdisciplinary structured training program for scientific and medical doctoral students.
